Amanda Farrugia is a former Australian Rules footballer who served as the inaugural captain of the Greater Western Sydney (GWS) Giants in the AFL Women’s (AFLW) competition.
As of 2026, she continues to play at the club level, recently re-signing with the Sydney University Australian National Football Club (SUANFC) for the 2026 season after winning their Best and Fairest award in 2025.
